Happy Coyote’s ADHD Programs
Whether you are looking to maintain structure, ignite a complete transformation, or simply find a consistent "pack" of peers, Happy Coyote offers programs designed to bridge the gap between where your teen is and where they are meant to be.
Short-terms treks:
Low-pressure starts and trail system maintenance
The Trail Angel
Stay oriented, organized and keep pace
4 weekly sessions/mo
The Trail Angel is designed for those who already have systems in place but need support maintaining momentum. We meet weekly for 45 to 60 minutes to take inventory and re-orient. This package is ideal for individuals who struggle with incremental progress or feel overwhelmed when multiple priorities demand their attention. Although the duration of this package is one month, we fully expect some to turn this short-term trek into an ongoing through-hike as we build steady progress and a trust.
Set Priorities: Maintain a clear focus and self-accountability by reflecting on a balanced use of time.
Master Timelines: Visually and verbally map out milestones linearly to combat "time blindness"—a common ADHD hurdle—and set realistic timeframes.
Break Down Goals: Stop the "fight, flight, or freeze" response before it starts by turning large goals into manageable steps.
Stay Organized: Keep a clear handle on the what, who, and where so you always remain set up for success.
Investment: $600
Scout Expedition
Explore the terrain and take field notes
4-weekly sessions/mo
Unsure of your teens level of commitment? I understand. The 4-week recon mission was designed specifically for you. It is a low pressure way to ease into our “Discovery” phase. Our aim for the Scout program is not to transform your teen’s life in 30 days—that is unrealistic. Our goal is to do a quick targeted survey of site conditions to identify the overarching needs of your child and their current level of curiosity toward self-directed success. Think of it as a pilot project. Even if their motivation seems low —we may not be at an impasse. Inconsistency is common and something we can work on tackling together as a main priority focus for the next stage. If they decide they are part of the pack and decide to stay the course the cost of the Scout Program will be subtracted from the “Deep Wilderness Expedition” package and we can hit the ground running for the next two months.
Base map and “Field Notes”: We observe the basics of how they move through their world—Spatially, Socially, Morally, and Emotionally—without intervention. These observations are recorded by the client in a “Field Guide” notebook.
Points of maladaptation: We determine 2-3 areas where his nature clashes with external conditions and the underlying “why.”
Pilot reroute: In Week 3, we zoom in on one point of friction and implement a single targeted reroute strategy. Whether they engage with this simple system adaptation for seven days or zero, we are gathering critical data on their internal drivers and where to start the real work.
Review: In our final meeting, we reflect on how they navigated a system adaptation from a few key angles and how they felt about getting creative with their own solution.
Investment: $800

Deep Wilderness Expedition:
Map the terrain and track the patterns
3-months (4 sessions/mo")
This is a shift from acting out of habit to observing habits. As patterns emerge the “why” beneath what they find easy or difficult will emerge. We can dig into how to make physical adjustments the more evident their “flow maps” become.
Weekly 1:1 sessions where we explore the layers of his world and bring a lens of order to the overwhelm.
Wilderness Journal: They are provided with a “field guide” in which they begin looking at their behavior with curiosity and a growth mindset rather than rigidity.
Recognize patterns as they emerge in real time though out daily life
Problem solve and experiment co-designed custom solutions. Note this is a deeply collaborative process geared toward building a sense of self-understanding and empowerment strengthening their ability to self-impose structure and advocate for the specific support they need in the future.
Observe, adapt, draw hard lines and begin to form an idea of where their systems need rigidity vs flexibility. In essence what are their bedrocks, fault lines, what guides their flow and how can it be successfully rerouted to support adaptability and habituation.
Monthly System Sync (parents/guardians only): A comprehensive parent report to align the home environment with the teen's new internal structures.
Investment: $2,160 (or $1,360 for the 2 remaining months post Scouting Expedition Program)
The Deep Dives:
Comprehensive coaching for lasting neurological and behavioral shifts
Shapeshifter
Construct new pathways both physical and neurological. Adapt and overcome.
6-Month Development Contract
Our most intensive program is the Shapeshifter. If you are dead set on reaching your prime nature this program will teach you the way. For 6 months we will devote ourselves to transforming your mindset, habits and reap lifelong results. After going through the wilderness, you will come out the other side fully capable of finding your way back to center. Shapeshifter is akin to a rite of passage for an individual with ADHD. Most people do not reach this level of self-awareness and mastery until much later in life whether they are living with ADHD or not. Following this program, you will be ahead of the pack and fully confident in your ability to achieve your goals in life. We audit the lay of the land, map out areas of intervention and co-design solutions. This is when the balance begins to shift toward center between observation and implementation. We focus on resilience creativity and staying the course.
Weekly 1:1 Coaching: 24 sessions dedicated to overriding old neural pathways with reliable, creative, structure.
Establish “guiding stars.” and “landmarks”. What are big picture goals and tangible markers of success we can accomplish.
Guide book - track your progress, remap, design rituals and implement systems, complete prompts as suggested, explore how to appropriately leverage resources and support systems and more
Direct "Coyote" Access: Text support for collaborating, planning and trouble shooting. (Not for crisis intervention. If there is an emergency call 911)
Monthly Parent Strategy Sessions: Collaborative check-ins to ensure long-term stability and environmental design.
Support Network Sync: I collaborate with any clinical, judicial (Probation/Diversion), educational, and extracurricular supports already in place to maintain coherence across the board. (If total hours of collaboration surpass 8hr/mo additional fees may be discussed)
