How can a systems designer help youth with ADHD along their path?
I have helped hundreds of teens from diverse backgrounds shift their mindset, transform their behavior and design their environment to support their goals.
Meet the Way-finder: Bailey Sipfle
I don’t just coach; I design. My background is entirely devoted to way-finding—the art, science and psychology of navigating complex environments. From the visual hierarchy of Graphic Design to the ecological patterns of Environmental Science and the structural layers of Landscape Architecture, I have spent my life obsessing over how things connect and then applied that knowledge to a career in mental health and behavioral intervention.
The Multi-Lens Approach:
The Roots: Finding the hidden patterns in how you think and move.
The Environment: Rearranging your "built world" to eliminate friction.
The Social Pack: Navigating the complex dynamics of peers and authority.
Grit & Experience:
With over 5,000 hours of fieldwork in behavioral health, I have helped hundreds of teens shift from "delinquent" labels to community leaders. I am trained by state-funded facility standards in BHIS and AIMS Facilitation and practiced under the Sanctuary Model of Trauma-Informed Care.
Lived Experience:
I have ADHD. I didn't learn about the "wilderness" from a textbook—I forged my own trail through higher education, corporate structures, and the great outdoors. I follow my curiosity and build the structures it needs to survive. I am here to help you do the same.
